Cancellation and Refund Policy

1 Cancellation of Services

  • Subscription Services: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting our support team at [email protected].
  • Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You will continue to have access until the end of the period you’ve paid for.
  • We do not provide partial refunds for unused portions of the subscription term.

2 Hardware Purchases

  • If you purchased a Cybird-powered router or hardware, you may cancel your order before it ships for a full refund.
  • If the order has already shipped, you may return the product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, minus shipping costs, provided:
    • The product is in its original condition and packaging.
    • Proof of purchase is provided.
    • Return shipping is covered by the customer unless the product is defective.

3 Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds are issued in the following scenarios:
    • Product received is defective or damaged.
    • You were charged in error.
    • A promotional money-back guarantee applies (if stated explicitly during purchase).
  • Non-refundable items include:
    • Services already rendered (e.g. device monitoring, software license).
    • Installation or setup fees.
    • Customized hardware or software deployments.

4 How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact [email protected] with your order ID, reason for the request, and any supporting documentation or images (if hardware-related). Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days once approved.

5 Discretion and Abuse

We reserve the right to deny refund or cancellation requests if we suspect abuse of our policies or fraudulent activity.
