- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is shipped.

- We currently ship to most regions across India and Canada.
- For international shipping, please contact info@cybird.net before placing your order to confirm availability and estimated shipping costs.
1.3 Shipping Methods and Times
- We partner with reliable courier services to ensure timely and secure delivery.
- Estimated delivery time:
- India: 3–7 business days
- Canada: 5–10 business days
- Remote areas may require additional delivery time.
1.4 Shipping Costs
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.
- Free shipping may be offered during promotional campaigns or for orders above a certain value.
1.5 Delayed or Lost Shipments
- If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact us.
- We are not liable for shipping delays caused by external factors (e.g., customs, natural disasters, courier strikes).
- If a shipment is lost in transit, we will coordinate with the courier for resolution. A replacement or refund may be issued after investigation.
1.6 Damaged Goods
- If you receive a damaged or tampered package, report it to us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and unboxing video if available.
- We will arrange for a replacement or refund after verifying the damage.
1.7 Change of Shipping Address
- Requests to change the shipping address after placing an order must be made within 12 hours and before dispatch.
- Cybird is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
