  • Estimated delivery time:
    • India: 3–7 business days
    • Canada: 5–10 business days

1.5 Delayed or Lost Shipments

1.6 Damaged Goods

  • Requests to change the shipping address after placing an order must be made within 12 hours and before dispatch.
  • Cybird is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
